01. CONSULTATION
Time is allocated for a complete discussion about your symptoms, history, and - importantly - your goals. A comprehensive case history that includes Chinese pulse taking and tongue analysis
02. PLAN
Individual pattern diagnosis with a treatment plan. May include lifestyle modifications (move, eat, sleep, spirit) and other modalities. Formulated and agreed in partnership
03. TREATMENT
Acupuncture-led, incorporating other therapies such as Tui na, Cupping, and Gua sha. Weekly sessions building on previous weeks' work. Time to review and revise
04. SUPPORT
Sessions are no longer needed weekly and frequency decreases. Perhaps you will come for a 'tune-up' monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, or just whenever you feel you like to .....
